How does online hygiene training work?
  1. At the time of the instruction appointment, video identification must first be carried out to ensure that you are the person registered (authentication).

For this reason, please download the video identification method you selected when registering (tzg Video-Ident, Whatsapp, Facetime, Ginlo or Signal) from a web store onto your smartphone in good time before the instruction date. We recommend using the "tzg Video-Ident" APP for IOS or Android.

You also need a valid identification document and a stable internet connection.

When using the tzg Video-Ident APP for video identification:
Open the tzg Video-Ident APP 15 minutes before the booked instruction date. To do this, use the code that you received by email after registering. Have your identification document ready and wait in the APP waiting area until you are contacted by an employee of the Glehn Technology Center. If you are not in the APP waiting area at the time of the appointment, we will not establish further contact (see missed appointment in the registration confirmation).

When using other communication tools (WhatsApp, Facetime, Ginlo or Signal) for video identification:
You will be called by an employee of the Glehn Technology Center at the booked appointment (+/- 15 minutes). Have your ID ready. If you cannot be reached after three call attempts, we will not establish further contact (see missed appointment in the registration confirmation).

You show your ID card and look into the camera.

  2. To start the instruction, please open the following link on your smartphone or PC by clicking on it: https://gotzg.de. We will briefly explain the further process to you.

  3. After this, you will receive your access information (participant code) for the training and you can select which language you wish to complete the training in. Please remain in the selected language until the end of the training session. Foreign languages are sometimes displayed as subtitles in the German-language training video.

  4. Now you only need to provide consent for data protection law purposes and click on and approve links to the training session. After this, you can start the training.

  5. The training starts with the training video, which lasts around 20 minutes. Please watch the whole video.

  6. Then please carefully read the information sheet on the training session in full.

  7. After the training session, it is mandatory for you to complete a test. The eight questions relate to the film and the information sheet. There is only one correct answer to each question. If necessary, you can retake the test.

  8. As the final step, you will provide a declaration concerning a ban on certain occupational activities* within the framework of the Infection Protection Act.

  9. If you have any questions about training according to Section 43 Infection Protection Act, or the content of the training video, please get in touch by sending an email to ifsg@tzg.online.

  10. At the end, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the online training. We look forward to receiving your feedback!

  11. Once you have completed the other steps, you can download and print your certificate from the system. Alternatively, the certificate will be sent to you by email.
